LHP Series

The LHP series of manipulators can perform various combinations of the grasp-linear stroke-place-return cycle using internal, lubricated cam mechanisms. An external pinion and rack pair convert the rotation of the central shaft into a linear stroke.

The cams precisely guide the external moving masses, enabling precise, fast, vibration-free repetitive movements with a simple rotation of the input shaft.

This is made possible by combining two types of cam: globoidal and flat. These give the devices forward and upward movement through a single rotation of the motor shaft. The manipulators can be integrated into production machines as independent units or synchronised mechanically with the machine's primary transmission.
