CPC Series

The CPC series finds application in the handling and positioning of medium-critical components and is ideal for filling, component control, light assembly, transport, etc.

The chain conveyor is characterized by a pre-tensioned chain that transmits motion to the pallets. The central body is made from a special aluminium profile which allows the CPC to be quickly and easily connected to the customer's components and fastened in the machine thanks to the 'T' slots. The anodised aluminium alloy pallets slide on two precision guides made of certified self-lubricating material.

The modularity allows the CPC to be configured differently in both length and width. The versatility is guaranteed by the option to use either a servomotor for flexibility or a globoidal cam unit for precision and simplicity. The CPC can operate in any position required.

With a chain as its transport base, the conveyor's pitches are measured in inches. The two configurations, 3P (3 inches) and 6P (6 inches), relate to the size of the pallet.
