The LHP series manipulators perform various combinations of the grasp-linear stroke-place-return cycle using internal cam mechanisms which are lubricated. An external pinion and rack pair convert the rotation of the central shaft into a linear stroke.
The cams precisely guide the external moving masses, enabling precise, fast, vibration-free repetitive movements with a simple rotation of the input shaft.
These devices are made possible by the combination of two cams, globoidal and flat, which provide forward and upward movement through a single rotation of the motor shaft. They can be integrated into production machines as independent units or synchronized mechanically with the machine's primary transmission.
The nitrided aluminum body allows them to be used in both standard and more sterile environments.
