The specific choice of steel and aluminum materials, combined with specific heat and surface treatments, makes these systems suitable even for applications in harsh environments or with special requirements. The aluminum pallets, equipped with shielded and self-lubricating bearings, effectively eliminate traditional routine maintenance operations.
Compared to the cast iron version of the TL series, the pallets are lighter: this reduces the overall inertia of the system, lowering the torque required.
The LTL series precision linear conveyors have positioning accuracies of up to ± 0.1.
The maximum load applicable to each pallet is 10 kg. The minimum cycle time is 0.3 s (150 RPM).
