The MHP series mechanical manipulators perform gripping, rotation, placement, and return cycles in various combinations through internal cam mechanisms.
The cams guide the moving external masses with precision, allowing for repetitive, precise, fast, and vibration-free movements with a simple rotation of the input shaft. These devices are built by combining two cams, one globoidal and one flat, which provide rotary and lifting motion with a single rotation of the motor shaft.
They can be integrated into production machines as independent units or mechanically synchronized with the machine's primary transmission.
The size identifies the maximum vertical stroke: MHP 40 - 60 - 100 - 150 mm.
The nitrided aluminum body allows for use in both standard and more sterile environments.
